I help people change their view of change.

I believe life is a potluck.

And what each person brings to the table is what makes the feast.

No one dish is better than another, and no one person’s contributions are more important than the other.

Our strengths make us unique. Our differences make all the difference.

It’s the power of our individuality that powers our partnerships with others.

MY JOURNEY

As a child, I was a whirlwind of energy—always moving, always talking, and constantly getting into trouble for it. Every report card I received noted, “Monique needs to learn how to control her mouth.” I was (and still am) highly emotional, highly excitable, and fiercely strong-willed. Ironically, what once got me punished is now my greatest asset—I get paid to use my voice to passionately excite others about growing their relationships and partnerships through using their voices.

Fast forward to my career: After nearly a decade as the Executive Assistant, Producer, and "Chief of Simon Sinek"—New York Times Best-Selling author and TED phenomenon—I’ve gained unparalleled insights from some of the world’s most influential leaders, educators, and changemakers. My journey, which also includes the highs and lows of running two small businesses, has honed my ability to identify patterns, spot issues, and craft actionable solutions for complex problems.

I’m obsessed with growth and development, both for myself and others. Mistakes have been my greatest teachers, showing me the value of resilience and self-awareness. I’ve learned that true growth comes from our stumbles, not from pretending to have all the answers.

My mission now is to help others navigate their own challenges and achieve their next evolution—one step, one conversation, one breakthrough at a time.

I used to think I needed to be everything to everyone, especially at work.

I had something to prove. Prove I was worthy. Prove I was good at my job. Exhausted and running on empty, I finally realized I did not know it all.

I had to accept that the unique strengths I brought to the table were enough. I had to show up as the best version of myself every single day. And I had to trust that those around me would bring their best too.
